A full day includes touring with
pick-up at 10 a.m. and drop off by 6 p.m.

Guided by a Master of Wine - $1000 per day
If you would like to enhance your wine tour, you can opt to have a Master of Wine join you for the day during your tour. We are fortunate to work with a number of Masters of Wine who could make your tour extra special by providing insights and explanations of the valley, the terroirs, the wineries, and the wines. Our Master of Wine hosts will make this an extremely educational tour and a very special day.

PAYMENT TERMS:
For wine tours, airport transfers, and point-to-point transportation, a $300 deposit is charged at the time of booking if your reservation is more than 14 days from the service date. Any remaining balance is then charged at 14 days prior to the service date. For reservations within 14 days, the full balance is charged at booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
All charges are non-refundable. If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before your service date, we will keep a credit on file to transfer to a future booking. We cannot guarantee that your itinerary for a rescheduled tour will be identical to the original itinerary. We are not able to credit cancellations within 30 days of the service date.
CHANGES IN GUEST NUMBERS:
Once your reservation is confirmed, we cannot accept reductions in the number of guests within 30 days of the service date. However, we can accept an increased number of guests up to 14 days before the service date depending on availability at the wineries.
OVERTIME POLICY:
Any overtime incurred on the day of service is billed to the credit card on file and is charged at $150 per hour, in 15 minute increments. Wait time is not charged for pick-up from commercial flights, in case your flight is late. Customers are permitted 20 minutes of wait time after the scheduled pickup time.
DAMAGES & LOST ITEMS
The card holder is responsible for all damages and excess cleaning caused by negligence of your group. All vehicles are nonsmoking. We reserve the right to refuse business and terminate the charter if policies are broken. Top Hat LLC is not responsible for lost items.
