For airport transfers, gratuities are included. If you are taking a wine tour, or local transportation, gratuities are at your discretion.

Full payment is taken at the time of booking and is non-refundable. As soon as we receive your booking, we begin reserving and paying for your winery appointments and turning away other bookings. If you cancel your booking over 7 days before your tour date, we will keep a credit on file for your future use. We are not able to credit cancellations within 7 days of the tour date.

No, we do not charge any hidden fees or fuel surcharges.

We will do our best to accommodate any requests to add additional guests, but this has to be on a case-by-case basis and largely depends on how much notice we have in order to contact the wineries on your itinerary. Once you have booked your tour, you cannot reduce the number of guests.
